Whether for summer days at the beach or for a cosy winter stay with our heated swim spa, it has everything for a 1 or 2 x family stay, a romantic getaway or a weekend away with friends or pets all year round. Red Rocks is also the best base on Phillip Island - literally across the road to the beach and bush trails, while only 5-10 mins by car to the Penguins, the Surf beaches and the Race Track. Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the house's atrium. Four bedrooms sleep up to twelve guests. The house offers three bathrooms and two lounge areas. Unwind in the sauna or play on the table tennis table or private tennis court. Dip in the small indoor pool 4m x 2m (it is NOT a spa). The perfect luxury getaway.
