Presso la casa c'è la possibilità di nuotare nel fiume o alla cascata. Consigliato a chi cerca tranquillità, agli escursionisti e a chi cerca privacy e contatto con la natura. Respira l'aria fresca della valle.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden. L'ambiente, arredato con molto gusto, ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con piccolo balcone dove sorseggiare un buon aperitivo. Cucina attrezzata e salotto con divano vista lago. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito vicino a casa. Possibilità parcheggio privato a pagamento ( 10 euro al giorno, 50 euro a settimana ).

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
