We are 9.6 miles to Lakepoint Sporting Complex, 2 miles from interstate 75 and close to Hwy 41 and Hwy 20. We are 2 miles to Piedmont Hospital Cartersville, as well as Cartersville dining and shopping, and minutes from downtown. We are close to the Tellus Museum and Savoy Car Museum as well as Lake Allatoona and Red to Mountain. The home is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood that offers a neighborhood pool that’s open during the summer months and a playground walking distance from the home.

Our townhome is located near I-75, about 9 miles (10-15 min) from LakePoint Sports Complex. Also nearby: Lake Allatoona, Piedmont Cartersville Hospital, Hyundai Plant, and much more! Plenty of space, with three bedrooms (master down staires), each with their own full bathroom (including bath amenities) and a loft area with futon. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with access to a community pool and playground. The property is well stocked and includes an in-home washer and dryer.

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Home is located 45 miles north of Atlanta.(1 hour drive). Need to mapquest to a venue? Use:2001 Liberty Square Dr NE, Cartersville, GA 30121. Back yard is adjacent to an 1800s family cemetery. Its barely noticeable.If this is going to bother you, this is not the property for you.

UPDATE 7/2025: We've got a pool!! We just put in an above ground pool. It's not fancy (yet!) but it's perfect for cooling off on a hot day!! Pool season is May 1-Sept 1. Our place is awesome for teams, business retreats and family reunions. Teams that stay together, win together. We're only 2 minutes away from Lakepoint, and are set up with an incredible experience complete with a locker room, swimming pool and hot tub. Save that hotel money and have a better experience!

The studio apartment has a private garage and separate entrance, within 1.5 miles you will find supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. From April to October you can enjoy a large pool, as well as relax in the beautiful patio equipped with lounge chairs and garden sofas. Come and enjoy my space that is conditioned just for you.
