On the ground floor, at the front of a seafront house, The Foredeck is completely self contained with its own conservatory, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and garden area. It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.

Cliff Top studio is our bright and airy ground floor apartment, it has a fully fitted kitchen, en suite shower room, King size Bed, Sofa, enclosed courtyard garden, onsite parking, it is within 200yards of the Cliff Top at Barton on Sea, where there are uninterrupted views of the Needles, Isle of Wight, Christchurch Harbour, Hengistbury Head and the Purbecks beyond that.

Little Lantern

Little Lantern is a self contained annexe attached to our pretty cob cottage. It has its own entrance and sleeps two people in the Bedroom's double bed. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen and small sitting room with views over open fields. The cosy bedroom has a very comfortable brass bed and leads to a lovely shower room with wash basin and loo.
