The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

The magic of Exmoor National Park will also be right on your doorstep, with it's villages untouched by time, ancient woodlands, and miles of crowd free walking.

The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Shepherd's View is situated in a quiet corner of the wild flower meadow behind our centuries old thatched farmhouse. IT IS THE ONLY HUT ON THE SITE. We are based just outside SOUTH MOLTON in beautiful countryside on the edge of EXMOOR. The hut is totally off grid allowing you to get away from it all .A separate toilet and hot power shower are only a few steps away. We provide everything you need to make your own breakfast on the first morning, including fresh eggs and homemade bread.

Quiet Cosy 1 bed flat, above Harbour, with Garden

'The Snug' is tucked away 50yds up a footpath from the historic Ilfracombe harbour, through private gardens. It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

Beautifully Spacious Town House.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. A well cared for town house walkable to Barnstaple town centre. Fantastic location for bars, shopping, theatre and Barnstaple attractions. Bus station a 5 minute walk & train station 15 minute. An 8 minute drive to the hospital also. It is suitable for two people maximum, the Super Kingsize bed is huge! Cosy living room , Dining area and large galley kitchen. Location in a Victorian street, drop off luggage outside front door.

Brookside is a purposely developed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are very close. The River Barn - Cosy Riverside Annex in Braunton

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

The Warren is a self contained and refurbished guest suite within Windsor House, a 250 year old property in the heart of historical Great Torrington. The spacious suite offers its own lounge, ensuite, cozy stove and courtyard with an area to store cycles. The town centre is 200 yards away offering a choice of cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. There is plenty to do with the Plough theatre, RHS Rosemoor, Tarka trail and Torrington commons all on your doorstep.

Delightful 1-bed annex with free, on-site parking

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.
