Studio Apartment in Quintessential Cape Style Home Addition on Secluded 1 Acre Hill - Sleeps 2. Wonderful studio in new addition located in West Barnstable between exits 5 and 6 off route 6. Important - please note that I have two boys - 14 and 11 years old and they can be loud at times. Also, I am a violinist and violin teacher and I have violin lessons or practice at the house during the day. The walls are insulated but some noise can still be heard between the house and the studio.

Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, professional landscaping and a BBQ.
