Snowdonia and the Mawwdach Estuary offering stunning scenery, walks and trails is on your doorstep. Barmouth offers something for everyone all year !

Beautifully restored spacious four-storey town house in the centre of Barmouth. Offering bright accommodation for 8 guests (children and pets welcome) close to the sea and mountains. Lower ground floor is a spacious kitchen diner with french doors out to the enclosed courtyard. Ground floor includes a shower room, sitting room & playroom with a range of games/toys/PlayStation and smart TVs. 1st floor has a king (TV) & double bedroom. 2nd floor has bunkbed, double bedroom (TV) & house bathroom.

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.
