At the top of the house on the third floor you will find this lovely duplex in the heart of Cotignac. One minute walk to the Cour Gambetta which is lined with bars, shops and restaurants. Wonderful view towards the cliff. Outside on the square is a bakery and a small restaurant. The village offers good parking facilitets. Proximity to fantastic attractions such as Lac de Saint-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon. As well as a number of small and large wineries with tasty wines

Welcome to our sweet modern home, surrounded by the vineyard and art center of Château La Coste, between the heart of Provence and the gates of the Luberon. Well equipped home : aircon, heat, Wifi, TV 4K UHD, Canal+, wine cellar. Beautiful landscaped garden with swimming pool and of course, because we are in Provence, a « boulodrome ». A quiet place in the countryside, perfect to relax yourself, do some sports and discover the Aix-en-Provence’s area with family or friends.

An apartment with art

Centrally located with most of the service within short walking distance, and with two larger grocery stores on the outskirts. You park for free on indicated places within the village. The apartment on the 2nd floor is continuous (one side towards the village, the other towards the valley), bright and spacious with high ceilings. Necessities (sheets/pillowcases 8€ pp/ towels 3€ pp+toilet paper, heating/air 7€/ night) are not included in the basic price. No baby equipment.

A jacuzzi is available as an option. This home is excellent for calm and rest under the sunshine, in the middle of lavender and cicadas. You will enjoy rides, with the visits of provençal villages, patrimony, culture and gastronomy.

Sur la route des Calanques, nous louons un agréable appartement de 85 m2 au 3 ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble de 6 appartements SANS ASCENSEUR avec une belle terrasse et une très belle vue sur la mer et le Cap Canaille dans une résidence sécurisée . Vous avez deux chambres et deux salles d' eau. Vous avez un garage pour votre voiture. L' appartement se situe à 5 minutes à pied de la plage du Bestouan et à 10 minutes du centre de Cassis.

La Source est une charmante bastide nichée dans un écrin de verdure. C’est l’endroit rêvé pour passer des vacances en famille, en amoureux ou entre amis.
