My wife and I had a different vacation than we expected, but nothing to do with the condo. Unfortunately, there was a very extensive beach restoration project occurring (we heard Cocoa Beach does this every 6 years-lucky us!) that closed the beach directly in front of the condo for most of our stay. We had to walk a few blocks or drive most days. Jeanne was incredibly understanding and supportive, and refunded a significant portion of our rental. She was friendly and responsive to all of our concerns and we would highly recommend the condo; it is beautifully situated on the beach and conveniently close to the small downtown Cocoa Beach area. We plan to return!

We brought our family and grandchild to Florida, it was a beautiful place with all the amenities we wanted. The hot tub was a family favorite and the kids (adult children) loved how close the beach was. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, the house was overall a 10!!!!

The home was even more than we expected. It was spacious and welcoming. Nice wide screen tv in the family room with comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was wonderful!!! Thank you so much for heating the pool. It was great for evening swimming and large enough to get some needed laps in for a workout. We loved being able to park our car in the garage, leaving room for dinner guest to park in the driveway. We loved the way the kitchen, dining area and family room were all open enabling us to enjoy our family while cooking. The large dining room table was a plus. The separate area for making coffee was also nice and out of the way from our family cooks. Great pantry also and perfect washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would love to stay again when we are in the area. We hope that we kept the home nice enough to meet your expectations.

This Airbnb was as described in the listing. We were very thankful for the accommodations. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. We hosted a family reunion and had 3 Stay Orlando homes. Homes were all close together and accommodations were well thought out. There was plenty of dishes and silverware in the homes and even some extras like toys for the pools and beach supplies!

The perfect place to celebrate my family members birthday. The backyard, pool, game room, decor and everything else about this place is amazing! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. I absolutely appreciated the cleanliness of the house as well. My family and I will definitely be back! Sergio is a spectacular host!

Great location on the beach. Had everything we needed in the condo including beach chairs and coolers. Neighbors were all super nice . Laundry not in unit but just a few steps away. Complex had a bench that is great for drinking morning coffee and watching the waves.

My family really enjoyed their stay at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table. Everything was just great. clean, nicely decorated, new appliances. No complaints at all!

Great place to stay. Had an issue getting in because we were new to the kind of keypad they used but they were quick to respond with help and all went smoothly from there. Very clean and cute. Loved the Air machine that kept the place smelling fresh at all times and the Pure water filter in the fridge. Would def stay again!
