One double bedroom with top-quality furniture, ceiling fans, a working desk, and a TV. From the bed, there are spectacular views of the sea. Full bathroom finished in white marble. with bathtub and jacuzzi, hairdryer and bidet shower. Modern fully stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, washing/dryer machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, complete cookware, tableware, and everything you need to cook even the largest of meals. Living room stylish resting area with sofa bed, table, smart tv with international channels and access to one of the balconies with sea view. Other amenities and characteristics - The elevator goes directly to your 70 square m apartment. - The television has international channels and there is a music system with connections for your devices (phone, tablet, and PC). - There is a 300-Mb Wi-Fi connection. - The windows have high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation, perfect for resting. - Equipped with the Mitsubishi Ecodan Hybrid system for heating, air conditioning, and drinking water. - Four balconies where you can have a drink while enjoying the beautiful views. - The rooms are full of light, as they receive natural light throughout the day. - Spacious wardrobes and pull-out beds for extra storage. - Swiss parquet floors. Safety The apartment is equipped with a safe to store your valuables. There are surveillance cameras, security doors, intrusion detectors and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Fee Entry after midnight: €40. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10.45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. ⏰ Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, let us know in advance; late arrivals incur an additional fee depending on the time: -MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8pm to 12am :40 € from 12am: 60€ SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS Until 8pm: 30€ from 8pm: 60€. Payment must be made in cash at check-in. ⏰ Check-out Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If there’s no new booking for the day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until your departure; let us know if you need a late check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
