Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

It is located in the center of the city just 10 min by walk to the port (Beach) of Barcelona and 10 min to famous Las Ramblas street and the metro - green line it is in front of the apartment. The property consist of 3 double exterior bedrooms , each one with the exterior balcony, large kitchen - dining room, very large bathroom, very well decorated no missing details.

The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street in Poblenou, 6 minutes walk from the beach MarBella. Surrounded by fresh market, shops, restaurants, and very well-connected (L4-Poblenou) and many buses. The apartment has been totally renovated. It is very spacious (110 m2). Three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is equipped to handle long stays. Perfect for families (a baby's crib).

Waking up by the sea in the center of Sitges

Listen to the sound of the waves as the sun bathes the apartment, filling it with light and the smell of the sea. The apartment is located on Paseo de la Ribera, it is in the center of Sitges, a few meters from the church and in front of the seashore. Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
