Questo splendido appartamento di 140 m2 è ubicato in un edificio modernista costruito nel 1900. Sebbene sia idoneo ad ospitare fino a otto persone, consigliamo di soggiornarvi al massimo in sei. Le finestre di tutte le stanze danno sull’esterno. L’appartamento è assai ampio, luminoso e soleggiato e presenta l’organizzazione architettonica tipica della zona, estendendosi da un capo all’altro dell’edificio. Le finestre sulla facciata si aprono sulla via Carrer de Balmes, laddove sul retro offrono una piacevole vista sul cortile interno.
