Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Le gîte familial indépendant de 70 m² (idéal pour une famille / couple avec enfants) est entièrement équipé, dispose de 2 chambres doubles, d’une salle de bain et d’une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie lumineuse. Vous profitez librement du parc, de l’étang et de l’espace piscine situé à l’orée du bois (piscine de Juin à Septembre).

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions.
