Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Perfect for a solo stay or for a couple. Close to Acadia National Park, Blue Hill, and quiet beaches. Jack is a licensed boat Captain through the U.S. Coast Guard and offers a discounted sail charter to our guests aboard our 36 ft. Catalina, Luna. Or, hop the lobster boat, Otter, to explore the local islands.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee from 8 am to 4 pm everyday! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

Sunny, charming two story home with views of the Atlantic Ocean from Bass Harbor. The Bass Harbor/Swan Island Ferry is located at the end of our driveway. Bas Harbor is a working harbor so there is always something to watch. Close to Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, Acadia NP. We have 5G Wifi. Your guest house is completely private with a private entrance.

Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.
