I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

What can I say, Metapon is a fantastic host. He was proactive with his communication and helped us with an early check in as well as a late check out. Now coming to the property, it is exactly as described on AirBnB. The property is situated in a great locality and well maintained. The house is cozy and made us feel right at home. Would 100% stay here again.

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

Overall good stay, spacious apartment with balcony, washing machine and kitchen which made us feel like home. Very comfy bed and towels, and clean home. Very near to many local eateries and cafes. However, it should be noted there is no lift so you have to climb four stories with heavy luggage. And shower area is at a bath tub which means it might not be suitable for people who are less mobile. Also, the hair dyer is small and simple, and it may take ages if your hair is very thick like mine.

Лёгкое самостоятельное заселение. В квартире много мелочей, для уюта и удобства. Много посуды. С балкона действительно очень красивые виды на закат. Просторный тренажёрный зал. В бассейне не многолюдно, в основном люди приходят на закате, а до и после можно плавать в одиночестве. Очень тихо, соседей вообще не слышно. Получила удовольствие от проживания, была бы рада вернуться следующей зимой.

Our experience at this house was fantastic from start to finish! The host provided exceptional service even before we arrived - sending detailed instructions and helpful recommendations. The location couldn't be better: • Charming coffee shop right next door - perfect for morning brews • Vibrant night market just 1km away • Siam Center just 10-20 minutes by taxi (traffic depending) The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the building’s security guard kindly helping us watch for our taxi and even assisting with our luggage. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting BKK - you'll be in great hands!

Cheaper price and good Host are so nice

Everything was perfect! And the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to out requests! Would love to stay here again when we visit Thailand again in the future!

The apartment is clean and spacious, and check-in was smooth. The doorman and office staff were friendly, and the neighbors were nice. There’s no elevator between the first and second floors, but the doorman helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out. The host was very responsive, quickly addressing any requests. I really appreciated their honesty in informing us about nearby construction before confirming our booking. Thankfully, the noise wasn’t as bad as expected—mostly the sound of moving steel bars, not loud foundation work. The layout is great, well-ventilated, and the firm bed was perfect for us. The host even provided welcome snacks and instant coffee. If I had to nitpick, there was some dust on the headboard, and the kettle was a bit old. But overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Before I get to the apartment itself, I must say that Mihael is quite possibly the best host I’ve ever had over dozens and dozens of Airbnbs. He had flowers and a handwritten note to celebrate my fiancée and I’s engagement. He reached out multiple times even before we landed in Bangkok, helping us plan and make sure we would have everything we needed. He was also incredibly communicative and accommodating during our stay, as if he were taking care of out of town family. If nothing else, book to experience Michael’s hospitality! Aside from the host, though, the apartment is also absolutely beautiful. While it’s a bit of a walk if it’s hot outside, you’re still close to Terminal 21 with tons of good food options, plus the metro and skytrain. The housing is extremely clean, modern, and sleek. Just the right amount of space for a couple of travelers, and a solid home base to explore from. Highly recommend you book Mihael’s apartment; I sure will when I return to Bangkok.

it was a great place to stay, we have stayed there about a week, it is very close to thong lo bts station, therefore you can easily use public transport to get around between the most popular places. there are also lots of good thai and japan food places, and big shopping center and convenience stores nearby. the condo had everything we needed during our stay, we had no problem, also our host was very helpful and responsive

Amazing place and very discreet. Was not in the chaotic center of Bangkok. There were lots of great restaurants to eat and cafes to have breakfast. Wish I could have stayed more than 3 days to fully enjoy the place.

Good value. The apartment was spacious and clean. The attached restaurant and pool are great. The staff are amazing. We will stay here again.

The place is clean, and the apartment is very well-equipped. All facilities such as the washing machine, iron, and hair dryer worked well. The amenities were complete. However, the air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom was a bit warm—perhaps it could be checked. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!
