I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. Our host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always nice to feel welcomed, and their consideration really stood out. Another highlight was the location! The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! The unit is so clean. Malls are walking distance, Gaisano and NCCC Malls. Transportation is not a problem, it is accessible. Definitely, I will book this place again when I come back to Davao. Thanks Ms. Shiella fro a wonderful stay in your place.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all our questions. She was incredibly accommodating, allowing us access to the pool, which was perfect for the kids. The check-in process was seamless, and she provided detailed instructions for everything, including local recommendations. The home was well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. Overall, an excellent experience—highly recommended!

We had a great and comfortable 4 nights stay at the unit since it’s just walking distance from our seminar venue, the Grand Men Seng Hotel. Our host was very responsive and accomodating. The security guards were very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend the place. Will def book again if I go back to Davao.

This was our fourth time staying in this house, and as always, it was worth every penny! The place is spacious, making it perfect for family gatherings and barkada trips. We always appreciate how comfortable and accommodating the space is, which is why we keep coming back. The caretakers are friendly, and the host is always responsive and welcoming. A big plus for us was how considerate they were—after finishing a trail run race, we asked if we could extend our stay for a couple more hours to freshen up, and they graciously allowed us to stay for free. That kind of hospitality goes a long way! While no stay is ever perfect, the overall experience has always been enjoyable, which is why we continue to return. Looking forward to staying here again soon! Highly recommended for those looking for a spacious and accommodating place to stay.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Overall good! the only thing missing is a mop we can use for the bathroom just in case. It's a very nice place to stay with due to privacy and security and there's not many people around. Breathtaking 360⁰ view on the rooftop as well! perfect for dates and photography!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
