We loved this house for our family! Having the front and back yard with the dock was really nice! It is also a great neighborhood. Shopping and great restaurants close by and not far from the beach! Great location

Wat een prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis, aan alles was gedacht, heel compleet ingericht. We genoten van de tuin, de jacuzzi met uitzicht op het water en de kinderen vonden het zalig om met paddleboards het water op te gaan, er waren zelfs enkele dolfijnen die met hen kwamen meezwemmen. Het huis is exact zoals op de foto’s, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin.

Want to be close to the water, feel safe and not have to deal with a hotel! This is the place to stay! Very clean, modern kitchen appliances, great cookware, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds! the Host Jason is very responsive making sure everything goes smoothly for you! Beautiful decor the pictures speak for themselves! We are a family of 6, this was a fantastic location, close to beaches, had a nice pier to watch animals in the river, lots of boats to see, great restaurants, the Brevard Zoo, and many other places to see and visit! Being a family of 6 we enjoy being able to make our own meals and Jason's place was more than we expected! We hope to be back soon! Thank you for being a great host Jason, your place was lovely and felt like home away from home!

This place was SO SO SO relaxing! From the pool to fishing and easy access to the boat ramp. We loved it for the weekend getaway. AC worked great. Being able to heat the pool to our liking was extra great! Host is so responsive and helpful. We for sure will be back. We didn’t want to leave.

The house had all the amenities you could wish for. Very clean and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into this Airbnb. The backyard set up was phenomenal and the views were amazing. Everyone in our group was satisfied including the kids. We went fishing kayaking boating took a trip to dinner by boat and even took a short trip to the sandbar. Plenty of seating throughout the house and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely consider coming back to this Airbnb.

I am very familiar with the area around Charles’s place as we usually stay with an elderly aunt one block over. I’ve always wondered what the canals were like and I’m so glad we stayed at Charles’s place to enjoy the wildlife and scenery — alligator, manatees galore, huge crane, etc. The house was newly updated and immaculate. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back next year. I don’t usually have a preference to stay in a place more than once but this home was just perfect.

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental highly exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal to watch the rocket launch directly across the water from our peaceful balcony. The hosts were very sweet and helpful and having a private entrance was easy to navigate .Loved being able to bring our pup and having a quiet neighborhood for long walks. Space was pristine and we'll stocked with everything needed for enjoying the comforts of being home. We enjoyed dining out in the area but next time we may pack more groceries and cook ourselves in the beautiful kitchen. The large bathroom was spotless and well supplied and all linens were high quality. We look forward to visiting this property again often.

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

This place is unbelievable in a very good way. The instructions to get in were in such great detail that they even included photos of what you would see as you walk to the condo. Once we got into the condo, we could not get the veranda door to unlock, I sent an email and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from a live person to ask if they could send someone. I have never had that great of service before. I am so impressed. I would like to suggest to the owners, that the shower floors could use a good scrubbing and the living room chairs a good cleaning. But this place is such a great find, I didn't really care much. The view from the veranda is perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. I highly recommend the Dolphine restaurant located on the property. The atmosphere, drinks, food, live music and view are definitely worth your time. This place is fantastic! You need to stay here; it is just that great of a place and location.

This accommodation is great! Clean, comfortable, and located conveniently to everything we needed. Coral is a gem to work with and always responded to our questions in a kind and timely manner.

Very affordable and cozy apartment. Super central and right near the beach. Good walkable food and shopping centers. Cute balcony overlooking the pond. Very close to hotels if meeting with other family in area.

Robin's location in South Cocoa Beach, on the Banana River, is phenomenal. Robin was always responsive and communicative. She went out of her way to accommodate a few special requests. We loved being able to launch our paddleboard and kayak in the backyard. We saw dolphins and water birds every day and saw a rocket launch one night. Robin told us about great restaurants in the area and the timing of the rocket launch. It was nice to have the dryer to dry clothes since we were in the water much of the time. The closest public beach access is easily walkable. It had construction going on, but it wasn't too far to a quieter spot a block or two down. We enjoyed daily paddles and easy walks during our visit. For sleeping comfort, we asked for the thermostat to be lowered at night since that cannot be done from inside the room. The walls, shared with the house, are kind of thin, but blackout curtains and fan (for white noise) made the bedroom more comfy. Overall great spot!

Cute apartment, close to downtown. We needed a place to stay while awaiting closing on our home, it fit our needs perfectly.
