Det riktiga Thailand hittar ni här i Mae Rumphung 16o kilomet söder om Bangkok. God mat och en fin beach där man slipper att störas av försäljare. En fantastisk utsikt från 28 våningen i den 160 kvm stora lägenheten där man ser till Ban Phe och Ko Samet. Välj utsikt från någon av de fyra balkongerna. WIFI i lägenheten och en 24 hours reception som kan hjälpa till med det mesta. Städning och tvätt av handukar och sängkläder. Pool, pingis och gym är gratis.Tennis och Snooker till en låg avgift.

Entspannung pur – in dieser ruhigen Unterkunft. Wir bieten ein frisch gebautes, möbliertes Zimmer mit einer Größe von 25 Quadratmetern in Ban Phe/Rayong an. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes WC, eine Dusche, Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. Die Möbel sind alle neu und das Zimmer wurde an ein freistehendes Haus angebaut, das auf einem Grundstück mit ca. 50 Kokosnusspalmen liegt. Der separate Eingang sorgt für Privatsphäre. In 600 Metern sind Sie schon am weißen, 12 km langen Sandstrand.

The house is conveniently located in the village of Koh Samed. 5 minute walk from Nadan pier, 10 minute walk to Saikaew beach. There are several small shops, restaurants and bars close by. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine to do your own laundry in. Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers (sound bar) are in place for Your entertainment. The loft bedroom has one queen size bed. Two single size mattresses are added if booking is made for over 4 people.

Huset som är mycket välutrustat ligger i ett mindre område med 11 hus runt en pool. I anslutning till området finns en reception i vilken man hämtar nycklar. I hyran ingår inte elförbrukning, den mäts av vid ankomst och förbrukad el betalas vid avflyttning. Elen kostar f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Sänglinne och handdukar finns att hyra för 220 Baht/vecka.
