The carriage house is on the property of one of Historic Downtown Lancaster's oldest homes and only steps away from museums, restaurants and all that downtown Lancaster has to offer. My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
