Our family had a great time staying in this gorgeous location. The kids had lots to do, and the adults loved the many hiking trails and beaches in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage. It was clean, spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. We felt right at home and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and incredible views of the lake. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and their excellent communication made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

My daughter, Mum and I stayed at Sandra and Scott's cottage during Gimli's Icelandic Festival on the August long weekend. Sandra and Scott have a beautiful property, the cottage is perched right on the lake and is private, quiet and peaceful. We spent the Saturday at the festival and the rest of the time just relaxing at this amazing cottage. We spent a lot of time out on the back deck, just enjoying the morning sunshine, coffee and a very comfortable patio furniture set up. We spent the afternoons reading a book on said patio furniture, walking down to the beach or having a siesta in the hammock. At night we made use of the fire pit and listened to the sounds of the waves as we indulged in toasted marshmallows and a whiskey neat. Truly could not have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing weekend, just what I needed. Sandra and Scott were also super-quick to respond when I had a question about their BBQ. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was well equipped with instructions and lots of amenities. Comfortable, clean, with thoughtful touches throughout which made our time special.

We had a great Sept. long weekend stay. Beautiful view of the lake during the days and a roaring fire in the evening with a front row view of the northern lights was amazing. Every morning a 10 minute walk up the road and we had beachfront access with the dogs. Jodie is a wonderful and accommodating host which made experience worthwhile and enjoyable.

We loved Dancing Waters! Such an amazing space with beautiful views and a beautifully well kept cabin. The cabin is well stocked with everything needed for a great week at the beach. Board games and movies are available for rainy days, and there was never a moment of boredom. Our family enjoyed the fishing and the beach, the kayaks are a bonus. Life jackets are available, but limited in sizing. Consider bringing your own if you have. It is easy to see that the owners live and care for this cottage as everything is in tip top shape.

We stayed for the Easter weekend, very comfortable place and great location less than an hour from the north side of the city made for a quick get away. The cabin had everything we needed and everything in the listing is accurate. Close to Selkirk and Gimli plus a few little local store nearby if you need supplies or have forgotten anything.

We had a great time at Grand Beach while staying at Keltie’s cabin. Everything we needed was provided for us and we enjoyed the time we spent there.

My partner and I had a great stay for a few nights at Beaconia. The area is pretty secluded and relaxing, with lots of beach to explore and water to swim in. It was great to have a place inside to sleep and cook, and there's also the opportunity to cook outside and have bonfires. It was the best glamping experience!

Thank you very much for a wonderful rest! The vacation in this house was wonderful. The hosts were very attentive to us and tried to fulfill any of our requests. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. And even a good coffee machine. Outside there is a great barbecue, fireplace and of course the beach. The entrance to the water is gradual, which is good for children. A huge variety of boats, submarines and pedal boats. Special thanks for the wonderful fishing. And all this is just a few meters from our house. Everything is done conveniently. Good Wi-Fi. We had a great time. It was not boring for sure

We loved staying here. The beach was walking distance and felt almost private! The bedrooms were comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed. We will return.

This is a beautiful cottage steps away from the Poplar St. pier and very close to the harbour and a hidden beach. Lovely place to relax.

Beyond the veil of trees upon the edge of lake Winnipeg is moored the Viking Ship within which you are destined to experience something more unique than one's usual encounters on airbnb. Mark's cabin is set upon the sandy shores of the lake which create a perfectly astounding mix of the sounds of water crashing onto land and visuals of the grand lake right through your window. The indoor decor and wood burning stove add a sense of comfort in peaceful isolation, and the outdoor kitchen kept you in tune with the elements. A little vinyl record player in a box provides yet more ambience with selections of music that amplify the connections to Scandanavia prominent in the nearby region. This will be one if the most unique experiences you will have - just be prepared to be one with the nature around you. A beautiful place I'd truly reccommend.

We stayed in the summer and enjoyed the beach and water, and the space inside the cabin. We also enjoyed our winter stay, having fires in the fireplace and having some luck ice fishing a few hundred meters offshore. Although it was very cold this week, we stayed very comfortable in all areas of the cabin. The renovations that have been done since the summer were great, as it is a lot easier to access the south living room now, as the sun shone in there for most of the day. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. We did all of our grocery shopping in Gimli, which is only a 5-minute drive away. We were also able to go skating at the Harbour Front in Gimli, as the town keeps improving it every year. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, and we didn't need anything from our host the entire time we were there. We plan to return in the summer and again next winter. It's a great meeting place for our family, and our granddaughter lobbies hard for the large bedroom.
