We've called it The Annexe as it's totally self contained with private self access & Ring doorbell allowing takeway deliveries to come direct to you. The room is cosy & very comfortable for a special night away or weekend. We're centrally located within 15 mins walk of the city centre. Within the room you have a fridge freezer, microwave & kettle with tea / coffee and snacks. Fresh linen, towels included. En suite bathroom & electric shower.

We've renovated our home to combine traditional and contemporary features in a perfect location for Moseley entertainment, music festivals, cricket ground and Canon Hill Park. All 10 mins walk away or 10 mins by car/bus to city/Bham Uni/QE Hospital. When we travel we welcome guests to enjoy our designer home with wonderful garden and summerhouse . Perfect for 2 people (+1 extra on sofa poss). Travel cot available.

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!
