We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

The cottage is on a working croft, where the collie can be seen working with the sheep, therefore no pets are allowed. Home baking, local eggs, and small welcome pack are provided on arrival. An ideal place for a quiet stay, but within 10 minutes drive from the city. Excellent wifi . Full licence granted
