Only 1/2 block from Precita park & the Precita Park Cafe and other eateries and markets in the neighborhood. Walking a few blocks you will find other interesting neighborhoods.

The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Street parking is generally available in front or in close proximity to the house. Easy access to US 101 and 280 entrance.
