The cottage is furnished to a high standard, retaining period features and quirky charm. The cosy layout makes it ideal for couples/solo travellers. You’ll find bars, pubs, restaurants, delis and antique/homeware shops on the doorstep, and Petworth House and park (a National Trust property) is 2-mins away.

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. Located on the edge of our village, which boasts two excellent pubs and an award winning village store, we are tucked away from passers by and traffic. The covered porch is perfect for al fresco breakfasts as the sun comes up, or rain patters down! Birds and wildlife abound. Village amenities are accessed via a private gateway onto a public footpath.

Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. Quietly situated on the side of Blackdown in the South Downs National Park, 2 miles from Haslemere and convenient for visiting Chichester and Goodwood, The Barn is a well-appointed guest suite which offers comfortable accommodation for two. Convenient for exploring the local area, with immediate access to numerous public footpaths including the Sussex Border Path and Blackdown Hill. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.

Tucked away at the end of a long farm drive, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, it offers a true “get away from it all” experience. Surrounded by nature and wildlife, with miles of walking trails on your doorstep, it’s ideal for couples (and a young child) looking to unwind. There’s scope to do as little or as much as you like!

Bright and spacious ground floor double bedroom, beautifully decorated with en-suite shower room & private access leading onto the patio & secluded shared family garden. Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Walthurst Studio is located in the tranquil gardens of our family home on a Private Estate, with far reaching views to the Downs. A walkers/cyclist dream location. We have lovingly refurbished the studio to create a luxurious space which we welcome you to enjoy. We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."
