Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

We are a 20 minute drive from Midleton town and 10 minutes off the N25 Cork-Waterford road. Brilliant for an individual, a family or couples. Enjoy your stay here close to all Cobh has to offer but situated in the centre of a small holding. Relax in the countryside surrounded by nature after a busy day of sightseeing, less than 2km from the town centre . Our cabin is ideal for couples or small families. We have a lovely outside covered decking area completely fenced and gated. Your space is private and we are only over the hedge if you need anything. We are 5mins (car) and 30min (walking) from Cobh Town centre so car recommended.

Modern corrugated cabin, with epic views over the water. Jumping in the car you're within 10mins of both Ballymaloe House, Cookery school and garden. Located 7mins from the foodie town of Midleton where CUSH is perfect for dining. Inch beach is 15mins away for swimming and sauna barrel. Cork city, with all it has to offer, is a 20minute drive. No wifi in the cabin but mobile phone reception is great, unless you’re Voda phone but a short stroll along the lane will pick up voda phone.

The Yard is a short drive to beaches, golf courses, renowned restaurants. We are also an ideal base to explore towns of Youghal & Midleton, both being only a 15/20 minute drive.
