We stayed here for nearly 3 months and it was a charming and cosy home-from-home for us and our elderly dog while we awaited some renovation works on our own house. The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed for a long stay - including an enclosed garden, washing machine and tumble dryer. It’s a really super location - It’s off the main road and quiet, there’s a well-stocked shop/post office, great pub food and safe dog walking paths all close by. We arrived at about 6am but access was easy and we found bread milk etc had been left for us. The owners responded quickly when contacted, were very helpful and friendly.

This year is our second time stay here. It’s an absolute fantastic house spotless clean warm and cosy. Liz goes above and beyond to help and always kept us updated with events on around the area. The location is perfect only a short walk to shops pub and beach. Liz is without a doubt a super host.

It was a privilege to stay in an iconic cottage like sarahs cottage as bikers we all enjoyed the stay and the island . Will be back again soon hopefully we can stay in sarahs again . loads of room to park clean and tidy cottage. no problems at all. top marks 👌. short drive to douglas harbour so nice and easy to get to cottage. Roy was kind enough to leave wine and water for us and was easy to contact should we have needed him top marks for a very comfortable and clean cottage to stay in Roy thanks once again.

Absolute great stay in Sulby! Will definitely be staying again and I have recommended to many already 💚 beautiful natural surroundings and very little interaction with the hosts which made it feel private We were locals but a lot of information provided for those new to the area if visiting Thank you Kathryn! We will be back

We really enjoyed our week - relaxed, quiet and peaceful place with lovely surroundings and view. The cottage is spacious and well equipped and there is a very helpful and well written file full of detail and resources making it all idiot-proof. Easy to recommend staying here.

Cathie and Rob were great hosts the apartment was beautiful and we were very comfortable they both went out of there way to help us, when we had a mini crisis they helped us enormously I can't rate them both highly enough they were fantastic and we would highly recommend them and their apartment to anybody we hope to visit again in the future for a longer stay Thank you so much King regards Barbara&John

Beautiful location with surrounding fields, wildlife and star gazing opportunities. Pat was a perfect host and left lots of information leaflets for local attractions. Everything was provided in both kitchen and bathroom. Watching the hen harriers from the kitchen was a bonus and we would be happy to return.
