There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.

Location! Location! Location! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Duchesne river, private fishing access. This house is set off the road in a country setting. It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.

Use the spacious kitchen to prepare dinner and then enjoy eating on the patio with fantastic views of Split Mountain. Trailer, RV, boat parking is also available on the property. Take advantage of a shed to store bikes, SUPs, etc. Property is located in front of a farm - enjoy the feel of space and freedom. At harvest time help yourself to the some apricots and apples from the orchard.

Cozy Cottage Downtown

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are right next to the Conference Center and directly across the street from the Western Park. We are within walking distance to both of those locations including restaurants, Main Street, the Dinosaur Museum, and just a couple blocks from the Recreation Center. This fun stylish home has been remodeled from top to bottom with guests in mind. You will find everything you need !

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

The Cottage - 1Bedroom/2Bed -Sleeps Four

A small, cozy cottage located one block away from the heart of downtown Vernal. The space is decorated with comfortable modern furnishing with a slight retro touch. This space would be perfect for a couple, small family or group of four. Inside you’ll find all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay and in the backyard there is a barbecue and seating area, perfect for an enjoyable summer evening.

Downtown Hideout

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
