Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We do not allow smokers/smoking.

Relax and unwind in this cozy first-floor unit with private entrance, patio and hot tub. The indoor space has three separate rooms: lovely bedroom with comfy queen bed and closet with dresser, full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and living room with large TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea makers. (Note: we DO NOT have a full kitchenette.) The living room sofa unfolds into a double bed. We live upstairs with our elementary schooler, so you will hear signs of life.

Our happy home is nestled on a quiet street just a short walk north of Ballard's many eateries, bars and shops. It is lovingly appointed with original artwork and historical black and white photos of the Northwest. Enjoy picking fresh herbs out of the rain garden, sipping coffee while listening to music or taking a relaxing bath in the soaking tub.
