Spacious is definitely a good description. I visited with my mother for three nights, and Diane’s place provided everything we could need. My mother was impressed at how well organized the amenities were, and how comfortable the bed was. The sofa bed was too firm for my taste, but everything else was great. Light switches were helpfully labeled (I can’t say the same for some other Airbnb places I’ve stayed at, where the switches were mystifying). We felt very welcomed and right at home, and I would certainly stay here again!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

This place was so cute and comfortable to stay in. It has that cottage feel and is very cozy and private. Outside is a patio area that you can sit in to enjoy the sun during the warmer weather. Location is very ideal if you want to do quick trips to SLO, Pismo, Avila or head south to Solvang. Sylvia was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the place. I really recommend staying here for a central coast getaway!

Jonathan is a great host - super responsive, understanding and has a great home. It was spacious, sunny, comfortable and a great location.

This was an amazing place to stay in Santa Barbara! So charming, clean and such a great location! Walkable to so many things to do and see! Hosts provided great recommendations for local tours and were very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!

Renee’s home in Santa Barbara is lovely. The surroundings and view are spectacular. The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great linens and beds, comfortable lounge with large, easy to use tv, and well equipped kitchen. Attention to details! Great location.. 5-10 minutes from downtown, fine dining restaurants and shopping. It was a little chilly to use the spacious patio.. maybe next trip! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

Great location and grounds. Clean and bright. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all work great. Plenty of supplies like soap and TP. Cooper was great and really helpful. There weren't coffee filters but the Vons is close. (The Vons was out of basket coffee filters so prolly helps to bring some and also bring some plastic utensils) Not quite enough hand towels for fastidious types but paper towels were available and it was great to have 2 1/2 baths. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't this trip and the pillows are quite tall and firm so it was not comfortable for me. Nice to have closet space and drawer space. Really a nice place. Heater works swell. Fridge is spacious. Turns out a relative lives down the street so I can honestly say there are great neighbors. There is a wonderful park with a great playground five minutes away. Check-in and out was easy and fast. The outdoor space is wonderful. Really close to a perfect stay.

We were in town for a cousins wedding and the location was perfect. 10 minutes from the beach and the venue and a 10 min walk to downtown! It was a quiet neighborhood no one bothered us. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would totally stay again!

Loved this home !! It’s in such a great location. Completely walkable to downtown and beautiful cozy environment. Amy was so wonderful in providing recommendations while also creating a private space for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Santa Barbra.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Great spot, close to everything and pretty quiet. Great stay, matched ideally what we were looking for.

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time here! The location was absolutely perfect. So close to the beach, the park and walkable to every restaurant and shopping this cute little beach town! Amanda left us a great list of recommended places to visit.
