Beautiful place to stay! The house was spacious for 5 people with a beautiful outdoor area as well. The town is walking distance so heaps to do around the area. Geraldine is friendly and super easy to communicate with! She left us a welcome pack with some treats and snacks that were greatly appreciated!! Would definitely be back.

fantastic place to stay in Ballarat. we've stayed in and around Ballarat a few times over the years and this is by far one of the best spots. 1min walk from a good pub, very close by to cafes and best part, the house itself was so cosy and homey. will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Dean's place is comfortable, and well set up. Dean is a very considerate and welcoming host and adaptable for his guests. I thoroughly recommend this budget stay which is also in a lovely central location in Ballarat and very handy as well for anyone who might be going to Sovereign Hill or taking a course at the Rare Trades Centre.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely, cosy/warm and well kept home. Bed was super comfortable and fantastic shower/bathroom. Also appreciated the tea/coffee and breakfast supplies left by the hosts. The location is super convenient and only minutes walk into the town centre. Check in/out was painless and communication with hosts was fantastic throughout. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at peel cottage. Lots of charming character and our kids had a ball exploring the house and garden area. Convenient location with the drive cafe just up the road and local supermarkets and playgrounds a 10-15min walk. Also so close to sovereign hill!

Cosy house in a lovely quiet location. The chickens are gorgeous. Neat and tidy. Very easy walk into town.

It was a pleasure getting to know Michelle and her son George while staying in their very comfortable and spacious Ballarat home. Thanks to their kindness, openess and friendly communicatilon, along with their adorable toy poodle and cat I felt very welcome and enjoyed living there across the 9 days. Located near the city and next to the lake, this place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Communication was seamless and Kerryn was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Kerryn also thoughtfully provided toys and books for our little ones, making the stay even more memorable.

Lovely stay in Daylesford! Kept us warm and comfortable in such a perfect location. Would definitely come back again :)

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home and relaxed. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the chocolates on arrival was a sweet touch! Narelle was friendly and replied to us promptly. Our first impression when we walked through this place was clean, bright and beautiful as shown in the pics! A lovely place and in a perfect location, a short walk from the centre of Daylesford. We'll stay here again.

Debbie’s place was just perfect. We were lucky to find this gem last minute. Debbie was very welcoming and helpful. The place had everything we needed, was very clean and super cozy (with an extremely comfortable bed!). The provided snacks and breakfast were delicious. The property itself and surroundings are beautiful, perfect for walks and exactly right if you’re looking for a relaxed getaway. Our dog was also very welcome and loved exploring the place and meeting the alpacas and Debbie’s dogs. Creswick centre is a very short drive away and has great cafes and pub. We plan to come back and stay for longer. We would definitely recommend Debbie’s B&B.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiona’s place. The unit is very well designed with a great attention to detail. It is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and has everything you need. I really appreciated the breakfast they offer with their local products. The surroundings, especially the colours!, are beautiful. Fiona is very kind, she provided clear instructions on how to get in and was very responsive. The only thing to keep in mind: if you’re a light sleeper, the cottage is right on the main road so you’ll hear cars a lot.

One of the most well stocked AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. The place was lovely, with the ducks and the lake right out front. Definitely would love to stay again!

Lovely quaint cottage for a restful getaway. We particularly enjoyed a soak in the spa with some wine after a long walk. Very comfy bed and thoughtful touches.

We had a fabulous weekend at Azidene and would highly recommend it! David was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the private garden setting and the proximity to everything.

The place is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The room is spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Jill kindly provided a wonderful selection of breakfast items, fruitcake, drinks, and fresh fruits. The living room and garden are perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal for those looking to explore the surrounding towns.

We were truly grateful for our experience at Colin’s place. Colin radiates warmth and friendliness—the kind that genuinely touches your heart. When he said, “you are my guests,” he meant it, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We arrived late on a chilly night, but the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by the cozy warmth of the fireplace that Colin had kindly lit in advance. Despite the late hour, he took the time to show us around the accommodation and chatted with us, making a real effort to connect. We had to leave very early the next morning, and without hesitation, Colin said breakfast would be ready whenever we needed it—including his delicious homemade bread, even at such an early hour! That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Even though our encounter was short, my family learned so much from Colin, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you again, Colin!
