It can accommodate up to 8 people. Note: the reservation fee does not include consumptions of electricity (0.50€/kWh), gas (5€/m3) and the tourist tax (1€/day for each person for the first 5 days) that will be calculated and paid at the end of your stay. Al tramonto, l’unicità del trullo e del giardino circostante, vengono ancor più esaltati dall’illuminazione serale, che vi regalerà nuove emozioni ed un fascino indimenticabile, rallegrati dai sapori inconfondibili dei cibi grigliati al barbecue. Il complesso abitativo è frutto di una recentissima ristrutturazione di costruzioni dal valore storico (il Trullo Saraceno dalla caratteristica cupola bianca è ancora più antico del trullo a cono), in cui il sapiente recupero dei materiali, delle tecniche e dei canoni tipici dell’architettura e della storia pugliese, hanno consentito un restauro di interni ed esterni che mantenesse una linea fortemente evocativa e rispettosa dei luoghi, anche nell’arredamento dai colori chiari e naturali, studiati con la massima attenzione ai dettagli e costituito da pezzi unici e originali. Il fascino della location non conosce paragoni: la costruzione si affaccia su un giardino terrazzato caratterizzato dai tipici muretti a secco, oltre i quali si apre, a perdita d’occhio, su un’area di circa 6.000 mq di pertinenza esclusiva della casa, una valle di magnifici ulivi secolari su terra rossa. Elegante appartamento ricavato in una dimora storica ed in stile classico fine '800 con arredo moderno del salotto-TV ed una moderna ed attrezzata cucina centrale. Vista panoramica e relax in terrrazza. L'appartamento è dotato di una ampia terrazza dove pranzare all'esterno e di un magnifico salone affrescato. Una stanza da letto matrimoniale ed un soggiorno-sala TV con comodo divano letto king-size, tutte disimpegnate da un largo corridoio. Due bagni-doccia con antibagno. Grande cucina ad isola, munita di lavastoviglie, anch'essa vista mare e Rocca. L'appartamento è arredato con mobili d'epoca. L'accesso a "Villa Palamara" è al Km. 180+700 della Strada Statale 113-Palermo-Messina. Gli Ospiti hanno accesso alla piscina ed al giardino, possono fare una ricca prima colazione anche nella foresteria della Villa al prezzo di 9 €. Il complesso architettonico è un antico insediamento documentato sin dal XIV secolo come nucleo monastico di dimora estiva dei Padri Domenicani. Successivamente adibito a masseria e residenza estiva della famiglia Palamara, che lo ha acquisito nel 1868. La Villa è pochi minuti di auto da Cefalù, con la sua magnifica Cattedrale Normanna, patrimonio dell'UNESCO; a mezz'ora di auto da Castelbuono, stupendo piccolo centro medievale con il Castello dei Ventimiglia e con le sue raffinatezze gastronomiche; vicina ai sentieri del Parco delle Madonie.
