The 2 bedrooms both have air-conditioning, fans and plenty of cupboard space. Large flat screen tv including Streaming services & good wifi. A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.

Valley View enjoys very pleasant views including wildlife. I offer a fully renovated private home with independent living. Valley View is a smoke free zone - This applies to the whole property. Valley View is 3.5 Kls from Ocean View Estate function centre. I am happy to host bridal parties and may be available for transport to your venue, we can discuss this aspect? As we live in a separate house on site with our family, no events/parties/gatherings are allowed.
