Lovely spot in the heart of Kings Point, literally steps away from all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We loved the private deck off the bedroom. Keiths place was clean and cozy, we would stay here again.

Can I give six stars?? We have stayed in many Airbnb and B&b accommodations. This one is outstanding. The space is extremely comfortable and the hosts, Caroline and Richard, are extraordinary. They are warm, generous and have the best sense of humour. The breakfasts they made for us were absolutely delicious and unique to Newfoundland. We were amazed by the beauty we discovered while hiking in surrounding communities. The Baie Verte Peninsula is definitely worth visiting. We’d love to return someday. We would most definitely recommend Parson’s B&b!

This is my second time staying with Trudy and I always look forward to their smoked salmon. Her and her husband are an absolute delight to be around sweetest couple ever.😍

We absolutely loved our stay, it was so peaceful. The host was so friendly and informative and squeezed us in for a last minute trip. The tent was cozy and had everything we needed, the area is stunning and has lots of things to do. we will certainly visit this place again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

As per usual, this place was great! Comfortable and cozy is how I would describe it! There’s just something about sitting in the living room and listening to the ocean at night ! Will be staying here again as this is a regular go-to spot for my family

We just had the pleasure of spending two nights at Ocean Breeze Haven in Burlington—what a sweet tiny home! Nestled along a river, we loved listening to the sound of rushing water while soaking in the hot tub. The sunset views from the deck were an added bonus. Rona was very responsive to our messages both before and during our stay, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed exploring the community and had several great meals at Blanche’s Hideaway, just a quick three-minute drive away (highly recommend the fish and chips!). We took a trip to Middle Arm as well and had a delicious Donair burger for lunch at the Chuckwag’n Restaurant. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had an incredible time. The hot tub was incredible and we could see the seals on the ice while in the hot tub. Wonderful treats that we purchased from them. The chocolate eclairs were especially fantastic as was the smoked salmon with jalapeno pepper jelly!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Kyle.

It was a great stay! Very clean! Bathroom newly renovated and prestine. Had the kitchen well stocked with appliances and necessities. Coffee options were a nice bonus! Host was very quIck to respond. Would def recommend this place.

Pretty good experience here. Caroline did us a lot favor, when we were in trouble. She is such a kind lovely person. Hope to visit the Parson garden in the near future.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest places my sisters and I have stayed so far! It is so beautiful there and the view is awesome! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips at this home. They even provided us with snacks, water, juice, coffee, tea, milk, creamer, etc. We were actually blown away with all the nice touches. We are hoping to get back again soon, highly recommend this beautiful place with such considerate hosts.
