Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Da Nang dans l’appartement de Lynn ! L’endroit est magnifique, propre, lumineux, et on s’y sent comme à l’hôtel. Tout le nécessaire est là, les lits sont confortables, et surtout, la localisation à My Khe Beach était parfaite pour nous, au cœur de l’action, à deux pas de la belle plage, des restos et cafés. Lynn a été super disponible et réactive, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Nous avons apprécié et c’est assurément un appartement où nous aimerions revenir un jour.

We only had a couple of nights in La’s apartment. It suited our needs, close to the beach, restaurants and the night market. La provided great recommendations. Communication was brilliant. We ate out for the duration of your stay, we didn’t cook so can’t comment. But all the crockery/cutlery were stored in closed containers for cleanliness. Water pressure was good even when both showers were in use. Thank you La.

Плюсы: - Идеальное расположение - Квартира в точности, как на фотографиях - Хорошая техника, достаточно посуды, идеальный дом, тишина Минусы, которые были незначительны: - Горячая вода (не больше 5 минут). Приходил мастер, что-то посмотрел, но ничего не изменилось. У нагревателя ограниченное количество горячей воды. - Ванная неудобная. Там всегда мокро. Поэтому одну использовать для мытья рук, другую для душа. - Нестабильный интернет для интернет-звонков, для обычного пользования все нормально. - Мы приехали в апреле и иногда было прохладно, но окна в спальне не закрываются. - Много личных/лишних вещей хозяина. Квартира захламлена.

Staying at Hai's place was a treat, the neighborhood was great. the bugs and amenities could use some work but with plenty of things around we were still comfortable. Hai was extremely responsive and was a great host. I would recommend his place with some good bug spray at bay (thanks minimart!)

I had a wonderful stay in Da Nang! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—right across the beach, walkable to all the the restaurants and local stores with a beautiful city view from the balcony. Highly recommend booking this property!

I had a small issue during my first night because it was new, and the owner personally came over to check the room. While inspecting, she also noticed that the air conditioning was making too much noise. To ensure my comfort, she immediately moved me to another room and even helped transfer my belongings. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved, and I was able to move back to my original room, which had been cleaned thoroughly just as if it were being prepared for a new guest. The level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes. If you ever have any concerns, just let her know—she’ll take care of it right away. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!

Great apartment and location. The only thing I will mention is the charge for use of the roof top pool. It is 100,000 per person per visit. So if you go three times a day it is expensive. This is not the fault of the rental but suggest a fixed day rate should be implemented.
