Velkommen til vores villalejlighed, hvor vi har kræset for detaljer og hygge. Lejligheden er indrettet på 1. sal i vores villa med plads til 3 (4) gæster. Vores familie bor i stueetagen. Lejligheden består af ét stort rum, med en lækker dobbeltseng, en sovesofa, pænt køkken, et stort badeværelse og en stor altan. Vores hus ligger i Bagsværd, 12 km fra København C, tæt på Nordsjælland. Bussen kører lige udenfor døren - 15 min. gang til S-tog - og mulighed for at parkere gratis ved fortovskant.

This beautiful newly built houseboat floats in one of Copenhagen's best locations with just a few minutes to everything. The houseboat is centrally located in 'Holmens canal' with Copenhagen Opera as neighbor and with nearby nature by Christianshavn's ramparts. I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Unique Cottage, Private Beach, flex check-out L-S

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

126 m2 stilfuld fritidsbolig. Her får du en eksklusiv ferie ved havet med udsigt til vandet fra både terrasse og stuen. Blot 100 meter fra grunden står du ved vandet. Området indbyder til skønne vandreture i skoven eller langs stranden til Lynæs eller Hundested, hvor I finder gode restauranter og kulturliv. Rummeligt indrettet med god plads i både stuen og spisekøkken. På den store terrasse er der mulighed for at nyde grill og udendørs bålplads med udsigt. Kano (2.5 Pers kan lejes)

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
