It’s a perfect place for a family, peaceful and quite located just few mins away from Boudha stupa. Dawa is very responsive and helpful. He would always answer our call and help us whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il correspond parfaitement à la description réalisée dans l'annonce. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le wifi est bon et permet de travailler facilement si besoin. Le ménage fait en milieu de séjour était parfait. Le quartier est globalement calme. Il y a toutefois une salle de réception juste à côté donc il y avait de la musique assez forte quasiment tous les soirs (pleine saison des mariages) mais jamais après 22h. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité (supermarché à 6 minutes à pied, restaurants...) et le centre historique (Durbar square) de Patan est à environ 25/30 minutes à pied.

I had a wonderful stay at Bishnu’s apartment in the Bhatbhateni Apartments in Kathmandu. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Kiran was an excellent local host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The house is fantastic, better than described, in a strategic and convenient location to the center and the airport. Prerana and Basant are incredible hosts, the best I have ever found. Very kind, full of attention, advice, always available. Basant also has an agency that can organize fantastic tours in the city and outside Nothing to improve, highly recommended, go there without hesitation.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Yi's place is a quiet, clean, and comfortable place. You get a great view of the lake from the balcony and it's very calming to just sit there and do nothing. The beds and bathrooms were sparkling clean and well maintained. The place itself is about 2 KM from the main Lakeside area and away from all the noise. It's about a 30-minute walk or you could simply hire a bike to get around. And when in the lakeside area, a must visit is Yi's restaurant "The Juicery Cafe". It's a fantastic lakeside restaurant where we've probably had the best pork dish ever in our life!

My family absolutely loved the place and were impressed by its maintenance and cleanliness. They were able to locate it easily - thanks to Ashin's guidance. Also the recommended restaurants were great too! Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pokhara with their family. I hope to visit again too!

The check-in process started off a bit bumpy as the location was a little tricky to find, but once we arrived, everything went smoothly. I really appreciated being able to drop off my luggage before the official check-in time—huge bonus! While the area itself is a bit quiet with not much to do nearby, essentials like grocery stores were easily accessible. The stay overall was fantastic. The place was clean, safe, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the manager—he was incredibly helpful, especially with handling our luggage. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

If you want to stay near Patan Durbar Square with friendly host, this the best option. Orijesh is supper helpful. He allowed me to check in at 12 PM since my flight got delayed and he is very thoughtful he placed tea bags and showed me the kitchen of I would like to cook. Since I was afraid of Dog, he make sure that whenever I want outside he was there so that I would not get afraid. Aunty is really sweet, she helped me when Orijesh went for his work. The place was really clean and it is much better place stay. Thankyou Orijesh for your service.
