Non posso fare altro che mettere 5 stelle su tutto. Posizione ottima, appartamento tranquillo con tutto l'essenziale, vicinissimo al centro storico e Marco veramente gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a tutti per chi vorrebbe soggiornare qualche giorno a Perugia. Grazie

Absolutely perfect! Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Free private parking, fast internet. Cute, spotlessly clean apartment, 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Enrica was great - responsive, helpful, with great suggestions. Her recommendation of La Siesta restaurant nearby / on the beach was amazing - great food, cozy atmosphere, super friendly waiters. While our family overnight stay in Riccione was supposed to be only an in-between stop on Mirabilandia / San Marino /Gardaland trip, Enrica made sure we’ll remember it fondly. Big THANK YOU!

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

Fabiola è stata gentilissima, la casa era deliziosa e molto pulita. La posizione, non molto distante dal centro era molto comoda, per gli spostamenti che dovevamo fare. Parcheggio pubblico, ma lo abbiamo trovato sempre disponibile, davanti casa. Se avremo altre occasioni, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. L'appartamento di Antonello è comodissimo per visitare Perugia a piedi essendo a pochi passi dal centro storico della città. Da qui si possono visitare anche le altre zone in poco tempo in auto. Antonello è molto cordiale a professionale e ci siamo trovati a nostro agio nella sua casa. Essendo anche noi host a Venezia, abbiamo condiviso informazioni e problematiche legate nostro lavoro; i consigli sono sempre ben accetti. Torneremo sicuramente.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

This is an idyllic place. The owners and manager were very kind and responsive. The space is modern while also being comfortable - great beds, showers, and a very functional kitchen (we cooked dinner every night). We were traveling with a 1 year old and everything was well suited for her. I will dream about the pool - that really makes the property. We can’t wait to go back!

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

È stata la nostra prima volta a Perugia e il soggiorno è andato benissimo. Paola è stata molto gentile e disponibile, accogliendoci come delle figlie. L’appartamento era esattamente come nelle foto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, leggermente distante dal caos del centro ma comodamente collegato grazie al minimetrò, la cui fermata si trova proprio accanto all'appartamento

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader
