Baden District: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch! Wir können euch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Das WC am Gang (es war jedoch nur für uns alleine zur Verwendung) war etwas klein und für uns etwas ungewohnt - war aber OK! Da wir uns viel im Zentrum von Wien aufgehalten haben, war die "Anreise" dorthin etwas zeitintensiv. Ca. 1h (gesamt) mit den "Öffis" und ca. 35 min. mit dem Auto oder Taxi - wir wussten das jedoch, also war es für uns OK!

I stayed within this accommodation during 1 week and felt like at home. The apartment is well kept to the detail level. Gabriela and her son Toma are very kind people who provided me with all the needed things including extra tips for a first time Vienna visitor. The apartment is just few meters from the Neulaa metro station (basically you can reach every point of Vienna in few minutes). I will strongly recommend this airbnb without any reservation. The apartment is clean, bright and modern. It is located in a residential area of Vienna that felt safe and quiet. Supermarkets nearby for supplies, one near the U-Bahn stop and the other about a five minute walk from the apartment. Good amenities for cooking are provided. Main living space incorporates the lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a small balcony to sit outside. Bed was comfortable and had AC if needed. The apartment is a five minute walk from the U-Bahn and then a 15-20 minute ride into central Vienna. The transport system worked well for us, quick and efficient. The host was very responsive with communications and usually replied within 10-15 minutes. We recommend the apartment and would look to stay again if we visited Vienna in the future.

Funda was super responsive and nice, and the apartment was closely located to metro station. The place was nice a bit small but it was to be expected. Overall a great place and a great host 😁

Die Unterkunft war makellos. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung war gut gelegen und sehr schön. Erika wär sehr flexibel und gastfreundlich. War ein sehr guter Aufenthalt

We stayed in Mato’s apartment for two weeks and were very satisfied. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the metro. We are especially grateful to Mato for quickly resolving the issue with the internet, which was initially weak but was promptly stabilized. We really appreciate the attention and support. Highly recommend!

Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

Wir haben als Gruppe zu dritt in der Unterkunft gewohnt und fanden sie perfekt für eine Gruppe - in unserem Fall hatte sogar jeder ein eigenes Zimmer! Wer 'daheim' kochen will hat auch eine super ausgestattete Küche und vor allem bei warmem Wetter sitzt man im Hof sehr gemütlich. Nur bei schlechterem Wetter könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum fehlt (Sofa steht am Rand in der Küche). Sonst wirklich alles prima!

This is a lovely old rural house in a beautiful country setting where I wish we had time to stay a little longer. We were a party of 8 who fitted in easily with a variety of options for activities nearby. Would highly recommend this historical place.

It was a great stay! All amenities are as described. We even left something there and the host was very helpful with it. It’s just ashamed we came during wet days so kids cant really play around those lovely garden outside! All aside, 5 star!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Streckhof ist wunderschön & hat eine tolle Infrastruktur für Kinder - so viele tolle Spielsachen! Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr komfortabel & die 2 Badezimmer auch. Auch die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Katharine war sehr zuvorkommend & hat uns auch ein Babystühlchen & -bettchen vorbereitet. Auch beim Check-out ist sie uns von sich aus entgegengekommen, was uns den Aufbruch mit 3 kleinen Kindern sehr erleichtert hat. Alles war extrem sauber (von Küche bis Bad) und ausgezeichnet in Schuss! Wasch- & Geschirrspülpulver - alles da. Der Garten ist sehr schön & toll über die große Schiebetür vom Wohn/Esszimmer aus erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, man erreicht gute Lokale, Bäckerein & Bankomat in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuss. Mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Neusiedlersee - den Kindern hat das Areal in Podersdorf extrem gut gefallen. Alle waren traurig, als wir abreisen mussten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war rundum schön!

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

Super logement à Vienne, quartier très calme, proche de la ligne D en tram, du métro U1 et du bus. Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Beau parquet. Arrivée flexible, c'était top!

The place just same as the photos, just on the main shopping street and the underground is just nearby. You can take the U bahn, S bahn or the bus to anywhere. Ronen and his partner are both quick responses and friendly people. Highly recommended to everyone still looking for a place to stay.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe einer U-Bahn und Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Supermärkte gibt es in der Umgebung genügend. Die Kommunikation mit den Beiden war unkompliziert und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement conforme à nos attentes,nous y avons passé 4 jours, environnement très calme, la communication avec Motti et AnneMarie était très bonne, logement assez proche du centre ( une vingtaine de minutes à pied) et proche de toutes les commodités, très bien pour quelques jours

We had a fantastic stay at Liliana and Micheal’s apartment in Vienna! The location is perfect—very close to the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly easy.
