The pool is on the neighboring property (D&D Resort) and can be used for a small daily fee of around $2 per person. The accommodation is located in a typical Filipino settlement. The WiFi has a high speed of 16.8 Mbps download and 3.33 Mbps upload. The normal Check-In time is between 14 pm and 20 pm.

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.

Sascha"s place have the best spot for snorkeling, We have also a very quite place with a huge garden, if you are a dog lover, we have 5 cute friendly jackrussels to play. The rooms is a Swiss standard and very cozy and comfortable. you can alao use my private kitchen if you want to cook. i have also motorbike for rent. :)
