excelente lugar para relajarse y pasar un buen rato cerca de la naturaleza.

Si buscan tranquilidad, aislarse de la sociedad y un buen descanso, es el lugar indicado! Muy bonito, muy ameno y muy cómodo. De verdad aprovechen a estar en medio de la nada y lo van a disfrutar. Todos son atentos en Aqua Viva Les va a encantar!

Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar, definitivamente es muchísimo mejor en vivo, es súper cómodo, bastante agradable, en fin te sientes muy tranquilo. La alberca está sensacional y en general el espacio como las áreas comunes son preciosas. Espero volver pronto, porque el lugar merece dedicarle al menos dos dis para relajarte al 1000! Ojalá los próximos huéspedes lean esto y sepan que la pasarán increíble . Lo único extraño es que el encargado nocturno, que es un poco raro, a veces muy amigable y otras veces muy serio 😐 o de plano nada atento, sin embargo hace su función y no te molesta.

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

House was amazing! Communication with the host was great,fast responses and very helpful.

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

This place is beautiful great furniture the view of the pool is amazing! the pool was fun to swim & trees all around 😀..it looked enchanting...upstairs beautiful bedrooms with baloney to watch the skies! This place is located in the jungle we were lucky to find it and it's been a positive experience!!

Nos gustó mucho el lugar. Es como en las fotos. Recomiendo llevar coche, ya que no es tan accesible. La respuesta de Katy siempre fue buena y nos ayudó en todo momento Nos gustó también el club de playa Cayuco que está muy cerca

Nuestra estancia fué de 10, todo limpio, con lo necesario para varios días de estancia. La zona de alberca muy linda y limpia. La casa cuenta con mosquiteros, clima, ventiladores, lo que es muy bueno por el clima exterior. Desde la entrada el recibimiento es amable y cordial, atentos a nuestras necesidades sin invadir nuestra privacidad. No solo nos reabastecieron un garrafón de agua, también nos lo colocaron. Cuentan con lo básico en una mini tienda dentro del fraccionamiento, los otros huéspedes respetaban horarios de uso de alberca y música No alto el volumen. El camino para llegar es angosto pero en buen estado, tienen camaras de vigilancia, así que al acercarnos con el auto, la apertura del portón era inmediata. en lo personal no nos hizo falta Nada. Gracias, volveremos. Ah, el Club de Playa muy tranquilo y buen servicio.

We loved this place, Kate was very friendly and responsive. Our only regret was not staying here longer, Bacalar is a gorgeous lagoon!

todo hermoso seguro y tranquilo, siempre hay seguridad y amabilidad de todos los q trabajan ahí, está un poco retirado del pueblo sobre todo xq hay áreas de construcción y eso lo hace más tardado pero el lugar hermoso en definitiva volveré

Maravilloso lugar para vacaciones y descanso, departamento cómodo y elegante, alberca y zonas comunes ideales para toda la familia, lugar pulcro y limpio con una excelente atención de todos los colaboradores, recomendable 100%

Magnifique logement à 15min du centre de Bacalar, dans un endroit plus que tranquille. L’espace piscine est très grand et très beau également. Le personnel s’est montré accueillant et serviable. Juste une petite précision pour le divan-lit présent dans l’habitation: il manque un peu de confort et ne conviendrait pas pour un ou deux adultes à mon sens. Je recommande vivement ce logement à des familles qui souhaitent du calme sans être trop loin de la lagune et des restaurants du centre 😊
