This is a good place to stay for group traveleres. In our case it served the purpose for our groyo when 4 children participated in regional Palarong Bicol. The owner was one text away already to address out needs.

Very close to tourist destinations we wanted to visit. The view of Mayon is awesome too! Easy check-in and check-out.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for our friend's wedding. We wanted to book an entire apartment or house for ourselves but it was super hard to find one that fits our budget. Riena's place was absolutely perfect for us. It's a decently sized house. It has all the furnitures and appliances we needed and more. And it's super affordable too! It was the best accomodation we could find in Daraga and Legazpi and I'm glad it was available on our trip. The host was also super responsive. They would always respond immediately even when I messaged around midnight. The instructions and directions were also very clear and detailed. It made it super easy for us to find the house even when we used public transport. It's a peaceful location but also close and accessible enough to get to the fun places. We loved staying there. It was super worth it.

A peaceful place , clean, and affordable and a very responsive host. Place has a beautiful viewing dect for Mayon Volcano. All of us were happy to watch the perfect cone of Mayon volcano.

We really enjoyed our stay in Marian’s place. Love the homey vibe! Marian was a good host and Kuya Jun was also there to welcome and assist us, especially that we have two senior citizen in our group. A big big plus and advantage that Marian’s place have its generator set because during our stay, there was no electricity in the whole Albay. Thumbs up for this. No need to worry of the scorching heat. Also, you can order thru Grab or Panda, when you get lazy going out! Thank you so much, Ms. Marian, Kuya Jun and Ms. Lani! I can’t express enough how beautiful this place is. So much character and effort into the details that make this private resort a little slice of paradise. It was way better than expected. The photos don’t do the place justice. A really special place to get away and take in the Philippines. The two outdoor showers are a nice touch!The hosts and grounds caretaker are so kind and helpful. You do need to bring your own food and cook for yourself which I love about it and it’s easy to do with two cooking areas with beautiful views. I hope to come back again and again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The place was stunning with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The pool was clean and well maintained that made our stay extra special. The villa itself was well designed and we can’t wait to come back again. Kuya Jason was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we have everything we needed. We highly recommend this place whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or a fun time with family and friends.

Super super clean.. Great view plenty of space friendly owners. this stay has it all.. the access road is a little hard to access / narrow , so educate yourself in advance.. I would suggest a video from the host to the potential guests
