Ba Đình: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

Located right in the center of the Old Town at a convenient location. It can be little noisy at night due to the bars right outside the door but the noise stops right before 12am so we had no issue with sleeping. Hosts were very easy to communicate :)

This stay was perfect for our group of six - it’s in an excellent location (private away from the main street). The entrance is down an alley that is well lit and there was clear instructions on how to check in. It is set across four levels so you have to be good with stairs (the first room is on the entrance level). All the rooms are furnished beautifully and the top level also has a balcony that has washing facilities. Overall a really great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Veldig fin leilighet som ligger perfekt til i hanoi. Kort unna train street! Leiligheten var stor og veldig ren, akkurat slik som på bildene. Virkelig verdt å besøke i hanoi!😊 Trang var veldig hyggelig og vennlig. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

Ngôi nhà của Anh Chị Ngọc & Thắng rất tuyệt vời. Vừa cổ kính, vừa hiện đại. Đây là lần thứ 2 tôi quay trở lại. Tôi và gia đình của tôi đã trải qua 7 ngày, chúng tôi tổ chức đám ăn hỏi và đám cưới tại đây. Không gian ngôi nhà rất rộng rãi, ấm cúng, trang trọng và lịch sự. Tôi và gia đình đã có rất nhiều kỷ niệm và khoảnh khắc đẹp tại ngôi nhà yêu quý này!

Very clean and spacious apartment as advertised and close to Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. Unlike the usual business establishment, the three of them whom I met had an air of close family. One evening I had a terrible misstep into a turd while picking up dinner on my way back to the hotel. The receptionist immediately asked what was wrong when I walked in carrying my left shoe. I was going to go clean it myself but he took the shoe and sprayed it clean for me. I'm very grateful to him!

Nam’s place was great and he had all the amenities like hotel pickup. Best part was the lobby where he had the facility to keep luggage and get ready as our flight arrived early. The famous places are at walkable distance. Nam assisted promptly in case of any query.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was cozy, comfortable bed, and a great a/c or heater. The balcony was also lovely. We would definitely book again!

Sophie's place is very nice. Location is great. Sophie is very kind, helpful and response promptly. We had a lovely time. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Thuy Hoa’s house. It’s close to the lake and coffee shops, but away from the bustle of the Old Quarter. We arrived on the weekend and the street was pedestrian only. Even with weekday traffic, it’s really quiet inside so we slept well. It’s on Book Street, which adds a lovely character to the place. Once you head down the small alley and climb the stairs you notice there is a whole community back there, including the oldest bookshop in Hanoi I believe. There’s a washing machine and outdoor hanging space, and a large TV to watch Netflix or YouTube from a comfy lounge. It was perfect for us, 2 couples. I would certainly recommend Thuy Hoa’s place if you are in Hanoi.

Everything was great. Super central with a great view of the night market. Huge room with comfortable beds. Host was very responsive. I’d stay here again!

I stayed for a month at Quynh’s place. It is ideally located in a not too busy street of the Old Quarter, however some noise reached the apartment from the neighbours (there are restaurants, street sellers, neighbours enjoying karaoke etc.). Everything was on an acceptable level. The studio apartment was new, bright, spacious, just like on the pictures. The mattress was comfortable, soft enough, sometimes it’s a struggle to sleep in Asia on super hard mattresses, but it was surely not the case here. There was a lady coming every week to clean and she did a good job. Quynh was a responsive host and provided all the information I asked about. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

The two things we loved most about this wonderful property were the lovely rooftop patio that offers a quiet, comfortable place to relax and gorgeous views of the city, and the location - off the main road, close to outdoor market stalls, across the way from a great pho shop. We loved it and would stay again if Tung would have us. In summary, a great host and a fabulous place!

We had an amazing stay at Blue Mountain Villa for my 50th and although I didn't meet hosts Pham or Hong in person, did feel well looked after through messages and by the on-site housekeeper. The heated outdoor pool is amazing and we loved the sauna and the fire pit too. Lovely bedrooms with large comfortable beds and stylish ensuites. It really is an amazing property. For people that love a lot of privacy and independence. First thing in the morning the gardeners maintain the property with sweeping/pool cleaning etc so there are quite often people around working - not an issue for us, but just to be aware of it. And if you love to come and go as you please, or on the spur of the moment, the main gate constantly being locked could be a minor hindrance to that.

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
