We had a lovely Easter weekend here as a three-generation family – grandparents, parents, and young children all thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is absolutely beautiful , stylish, and full of character, set in a peaceful spot, it even includes an old water-mill. The location was ideal for us with easy access to Oxford and the surrounding area. There’s a new children's play area just a short walk away, and the local farm shop nearby was perfect for picking up fresh produce and treats – we had everything we needed without having to go far. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and the house was spotless with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

Such a beautiful house - cosy, comfortable, nicely decorated & much larger than I expected! The house is well located for going out and about in Abingdon, or taking the short bus ride into Oxford city centre from the bus stop 2 minutes away from the house. Plenty of nice shops & supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a fun Mexican restaurant and a friendly parkrun. The house is super well equipped, and the hosts are helpful & responsive with super clear check in / parking instructions. Would highly recommend!

Bedroom was heavily! Best sleeps ever! Gorgeous underfloor heating. Hot tub fab. Everything you could need for a relaxing break away. So chilled. With lots to do around for kids and som fab pubs ;)

My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

I highly recommend staying here, the hosts were lovely, the place was beautiful and clean and the village is gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved their garden and the massive field right behind their house. The Crown in Shillington is also a great pub for dinner. We’ll definitely keep Rebecca’s place in mind to visit in future!

We had a lovely short break at Milan’s loft apartment, tucked away in the beech woods. Milan was a proactive and responsive host, letting us have all the information we needed, and providing for a comfortable stay. It is a great spot from which to explore the local area and we had some lovely walks with friends in the nearby Chinnor Hill nature reserve and at Whiteleaf cross.

I had a wonderful stay at Cathrine's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Cathrine was a fantastic host, quick to respond and very accommodating. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend staying here!

This is my second stay with Victoria but my first in the School Room. I have no hesitation in recommending both Victoria's properties and am truly grateful for the kindness and understanding she has shown me when dealing with both bookings. Thank you!

I had a great stay Acklings Studio. The bed was super comfy and the studio had absolutely everything that you could need. Fanny was great to communicate with. Thanks for everything.

Notting Hill is a delightful neighborhood: out of the fray of central London; charming; mostly residential, but with wonderful restaurants and markets. Elies's apartment is quiet and delightful. It has a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds with nice linens, cool decor, and a lovely patio and garden. We felt lucky to be there. We had questions for Elies before our arrival and over the first day or two. His replies were unfailingly prompt and thorough.

Very peaceful place, hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Well appointed place they had thought of everything one might need for a relaxing stay.

Lain was a fantastic host, very responsive and prompt, and helped us to check in very easy. He came to meet us at the Airbnb and helped us understand everything clearly. We loved the coffee machine and great coffee beans left for us to use. Lovely linen and pillows on the bed. Lain’s place was truly a home away from home for us and we will be back again. Very close to travel to Portobello Road and Notting Hill. Great WiFi as well. We can highly recommend his place to stay. Thanks again Lain for being so helpful and such a great host. Gizelle

The garden room was excellent in every respect. I think the only problem will be to find a date when it is NOT booked. The main area was bright and airy with excellent furniture, the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, crockery and space to store my own goods. The TV reception was brilliant and the standard channels were available digitally as well as other channels. It is close to Bookham which is a delightful village with plenty of walks and five public houses, most serving meals, I ate at the Swan Upping which was excellent. An added bonus of the garden room is the three resident ducks who provide a brilliant display of marching, searching and generally have an inquisitive side as well. The Thames is a short walk away with plenty of riverside walks so all in all a wonderful place to stay. Nick and Mikila, the hosts, are also very helpful and able to answer any questions very quickly. I will definitely be back in the garden room the next time I am in the area, providing its available!

WOW! What a wonderful few days we had at the forest cabin at Red Kite Retreats. A special weekend for our son’s first birthday and what gorgeous surroundings we were in. The cabin was spotless, beds super comfortable and the cabin had great amenities. We did some lovely walks from the cabin and chilled for the rest of our time and took in the beautiful cosy surroundings. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again one day!

Had the most amazing weekend, cabin was delightful and very cosy, Hot Tub was great. Great walks as practically on top of the Ridgeway. I have already booked to go back again for two weeks in June, that's how lovely this place is. Beautiful location, set on its own, on a farm, lovely and quiet with stunning outlook. The wood burner was very popular, Christine had already set it up ready for our arrival. Didn't get around to using the BBQ or Firepit Very comfy bed made it difficult to get up in the morning zzzz Thanks Christine and Mark for making us welcome.

We had a wonderful stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a romantic escape. There was so much to enjoy right at the accommodation—the aqua centre was a real treat, and we had great fun relaxing in the snooker room. The space was clean, cosy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in a unique location.

Absolutely perfect. This stay really is 5* completely private, beautiful friendly farm animals and marshmallows by the fire. I couldn’t thank Victoria enough for our stay and we will definitely be returning. The interior design in the cabin itself is absolutely beautiful. It didn’t even feel like the uk just pure magic.
