The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

Musbury is found in East Devon and a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The barn is located at the foot of Musbury Castle and on the East Devon Way. The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen.
