Suitable for 1-2 people as pull out couch has been damaged and no longer converts to a bed so only 1 queen bed available

Plum cottage is a unique 120 year old washhouse conversion in a Bohemian Farm Chic decor on the outskirt of Kaitaia township. The cottage is on the edge of our working farm with views to our flower farm, vegetable gardens and plum orchard . The kitchen has microwave and small air fryer. BBQ undercover on deck and cooking utensils. Bathroom has shower, toilet and basin. Walking distance to local bar and grill, supermarket, Mitre 10 and the Warehouse , 3 min drive to kaitaia central.

We are literally a stone throw from most of the Far North attractions.

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Pams Place

A sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the centre of town. Only 1 min drive and easy walk to the main shopping area of town. Two outside decked areas to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. Handy to all shops, restaurants and cafes, hospital, Police station and court house. Perfect place to stay for tourists or professional people. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms and ample parking.

Originally farm house set in private rural setting 5 mins from 90 Mile Beach ,awesome location .Plenty of space ,family and pet friendly. Ideal stop off on way to or from the Cape. Fully equipped and comfortable.This location is 15 mins from the township of Kaitaia with its many shop and restuarants , 5 mins from Awanui with has 2 dairies, takeaway , petrol station. The Waipapakauri Hotel is 3mins away and serves bar meals.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
