Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Welcome to Smooth Sailing, our two-story guest space in Avon Village! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and Pamlico Sound views, it’s a cozy retreat on Hatteras Island. We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

August Rose Cottage on the Pamlico Sound

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

The open-plan top floor has a chef's kitchen, wrap-around deck, and working gas fireplace overlooking the sea. Main suite and a two-room bedroom open onto second floor deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom with own bath is a floor below. Beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Great wifi. Access nearby pool in summer and tennis and Pickleball year-round.

Oyster Point

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Welcome to Hatteras Island! This cottage is located one back from the ocean. With two bedrooms, one bath, and an open living and dining area, this is a perfect spot for your beach getaway. There is plenty of parking space, a covered area for equipment/gear, a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, ROKU TV with Hulu Live, high speed Wi-Fi, and a shared laundry room. Beach access is across the street, and there are restaurants and shops within close walking distance. See you at the beach.

I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
