**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

"Park Place" is a short walk to the ocean. Ramp 38 is .2 miles away for 4x4 beach access. The Canadian hole is less than 2 miles - kiteboarders , sound side day use and beautiful sunsets at night. The first level of our home has a large living area with cathedral ceilings. All vinyl floors. It offers a well equipped kitchen for a fish fry dinner and a dining area with 2 sets of sliders to access the 2nd floor deck. The deck has a picnic table and adirondak chairs for the afternoon sun.

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.
