The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Blue Seas Avoca Beach

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.
