We arrived and immediately felt at Home. We had pretty much everything we needed. With our little dog in tow , it was awesome to an enclosed backyard. With Grass.. super tidy yard! Great to have a garage for our car and laundry on site. The kitchen was large and stocked well even some spices and oils to use.. beds were comfy and cozy. Cute beach decor and a lovely gas fireplace for our cold rainy nights . I found additional blankets in the living room hutch. I walked to the beach every AM with my dog. Two blocks away. We could hear the waves at night from our bedroom. Perfect

Beautiful single family 3br house right by the beach. Very dog friendly yard (fences and gates). Lovely little town with shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out - highly recommend.

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was so cute, clean, and unique. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The porch right on the water was amazing too. We splurged a bit to stay here but it was well worth it!

Rental company was very communicative, house was very clean and well stocked. Very pleasant stay and loved Morro Bay! Visit the state park: golf, canoeing, hiking etc.

Michelle was very responsive and accommodating. The place is exactly as described. It is very close to little cafes and shops. It was beautiful to sit outside and watch and listen to the waves. Even though below the balcony is a parking lot, the noise was minimal. We had a great stay! We would stay there again.

This was our second time staying at Donnelle and Jeff's cottage in Cayucos. My husband and I, our 3 kids, and our friendly Golden Retriever absolutely love our week-long getaways to this beautiful, peaceful beach town. Donnelle is always very responsive and helpful and the cottage has everything we need to have a perfect week at the beach. The house is an easy 2 minute walk across the street to the beach and a 10-15 minute lovely walk into town. The city of Cayucos and Donnelle's cottage are very dog-friendly which is a huge plus for us too! The kitchen is well-stocked and the house offers comfortable beds and many choices for linens and towels. With the cottage as our home base, we have enjoyed day trips to Cambria, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, and San Simeon to see the elephant seals. We look forward to future stays at this hidden gem.

It was great place to stay, clean, comfortable bed, and very relaxing. My family had a wonderful time and highly recommend anyone planning to visit Avila beach!

We had a great time staying at the RV! It was clean, fit 2 people and a small dog easily. It was easy to get in and out and explore the Pismo Beach area.

I wanted to take my granddaughter to Pismo for a quick get a way trip for her birthday. I saw Michelle's listing in the area I was wanting to go, so I filled out the information, hoping there would be availability since it was a spur of the moment trip. Michelle got back with me quickly and everything was set. When we walked in, we were both immediately so happy with the layout and the view from the patio was so beautiful. The breeze that came in with the door and windows open was so refreshing.... We loved our time staying here and already looking forward to another trip. The private parking space was a great bonus! Michelle was very helpful with any questions that I had.

The beds are so comfy and the host always thinks of the smallest details. Beach chairs and toys are available for use as well as extra beach towels and linens if needed. Local recommendations are given and questions are welcome. The price is always good as well.

Amber’s place was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 boys. Very spacious and had lots of amenities. Was a less than 10 minute drive to Pismo beach and the beach access pass was very helpful. Amber was a wonderful host as she was very proactive and responded quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Amber again.

We stayed for a long weekend. The house is as described and in the perfect location, right on the beach. Beautiful view of the pier and Morro Rock. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean throughout, kitchen had all the basic items that one would need. Will stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s clear they care about their guests’ experience. Las Casitas was an excellent place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Walkable to everything in Avila. Kyle was responsive with questions and very proactive with any advice we might have needed about the area. We loved our stay. Would do it again!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. So often the house/backyard/common areas are a lot smaller than pictured. The sheets/towels/furniture were very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating in asking questions. The backyard is huge and had a grill and a fire pit that me and my guests thoroughly enjoyed. There was exceptional amount of parking at the house. Minutes walk to the beach.
