We leave you all of the things you need for a great fire!! There is a chance that guests will be staying next door at the antique cabin while you occupy the tiny house. On the other side of the cabin, there is a family favorite guaranteed-catch trout farm - but, occasionally, you may smell the fish!

Come stay minutes away from the beautiful Linville Gorge. This area has everything from amazing hiking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowtubing, to just enjoying the breathtaking scenery. This is a one bedroom guest house separate from the main house located in the neighborhood of Gingercake Acres with an amazing view throughout the space. There is also a bonus room with a futon. Sunbear also has high-speed internet for remote work and a backup generator. Cooler months offer backcountry hiking along creeks chocked with waterfalls off the eastern flank of the cabin. Summer features wildlife, Fireflies, and a nice quiet place to escape the summer heat.

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
